When you message us on Discord, here’s what to include so we can help you as quickly as possible:
  • Project description — What does the script need to do? Be as specific as possible.
  • Platform — Are you working in Roblox, Python, JavaScript, or something else?
  • Deadline — When do you need the script delivered?
  • Existing code — If you have a script you’d like us to build on or fix, share it with your message.
  • Any other context — Reference materials, examples, or constraints that might be relevant.

If you’d rather not post your project details in a public channel, you’re welcome to send a direct message instead. We handle quotes and support conversations through DMs regularly — just introduce yourself, describe your project, and we’ll take it from there.

Response Times

We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours. Response times may vary slightly depending on the volume of requests we’re handling, but we make it a priority to get back to everyone promptly. If you haven’t heard back after 24 hours, feel free to follow up.
For the fastest response, include all relevant project details in your first message — platform, description, deadline, and any existing code. This lets us skip the back-and-forth and get straight to your quote.
For urgent requests, start your message with “URGENT” so we can prioritize your inquiry. Please use this for genuine time-sensitive situations so we can give those cases the attention they need.
