Virus Studio supports a wide range of scripting languages including Lua (including Roblox’s Luau dialect), Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript. If you have a project in a language not listed here, contact us and we’ll let you know whether we can help.
To place an order, head over to the Submit a Request page and fill out the request form with your project details. Include as much information as possible — the platform, what the script needs to do, any deadlines, and any existing code you’d like us to work with. Once we review your submission, we’ll follow up with a quote and timeline.
Turnaround time depends on the complexity of your project. Simple scripts are typically delivered within 24–48 hours, while more involved systems may take several days. You’ll receive an estimated delivery window when we confirm your order. Need it sooner? Ask about our expedited options when you submit your request.
We include a revision period with every order. If the delivered script doesn’t fully match your original request, submit a revision request and we’ll make the necessary adjustments. Revisions are for changes that align with the original scope — if you’d like something new added, that may be treated as a separate request. See our Revisions page for full details.
We work on both. Whether you need a brand-new script built from scratch or want improvements, debugging, or optimization applied to something you already have, we can help. Just describe what you need and share any relevant existing code when you submit your request.
Yes. We regularly debug and repair scripts written by other developers or generated by other tools. When you submit your request, paste the full script and describe the problem you’re experiencing, including any error messages. The more context you provide, the faster we can diagnose and fix the issue.
We support a broad range of platforms and environments. This includes Roblox (Luau/Studio), standalone Python applications, automation scripts, web-based JavaScript projects, and more. If you’re unsure whether your platform is supported, just ask — we’re happy to take a look at your use case before you commit to an order.
We stand behind the quality of our work and will revise any script that doesn’t meet the agreed-upon requirements. Because scripting is a custom service, we don’t offer blanket refunds after work has been delivered, but we will always work with you to make things right. If you have concerns about a completed order, contact us and we’ll find a solution.
Completed scripts are delivered directly to you through our agreed-upon communication channel — typically Discord or direct message. Absolutely. We enjoy tackling ambitious projects — full inventory systems, combat mechanics, NPC AI, data persistence, and more. Complex systems may have longer turnaround times and higher pricing to reflect the scope of work.
